Buttery Vegan Garlic Bread

INGREDIENTS
1 Italian baguette
4 teaspoons minced garlic
2 tablespoons vegan butter
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
Fresh dill and parsley to taste
DIRECTIONS
Preheat broiler.
Slice baguette in half (from tip to tip).
In a medium sized bowl mix the garlic, olive oil, dill, and parsley.
Broil the sliced baguette for 1.5 minutes (watch closely to avoid burns).
Preheat oven to 275°.
Spread the mixture on the bread. Cut the bread into servable slices,
and butter the sides of each slice generously.
Place seasoned and buttered bread slices in the oven on 275° for 3-5 minutes.
